TVC All Conference Cross Country Awards
The awards below are individual awards that I earned in cross country in the TVC Conference. I began running cross country during my junior year. I started training at the beginning of June for the season. I ran each day during the summer. I set the goal to earn all conference honors at the beginning of the season. After running many miles, doing running workouts, lifting workouts, and core workouts, I reached my individual goal of earning Second Team All Conference Honors in the TVC Conference. I did each of these things again to prepare for my senior year season. I again reached my goal and earned Honorable Mention All Conference Honors in the TVC Conference.
Sports
I have been involved in three different Varsity sports. After being in each of these sports, I have learned how to set goals for myself and for my team. Below are the awards I have earned from being a member of each Varsity sport. The Varsity sports I have played are cross country, basketball, and softball.
